At IV MD Chicago, we believe in transparent, straightforward pricing — no surprises, no hidden fees. Please read our payment and cancellation terms carefully before booking your appointment.
Pricing
$275 per IV bag — flat rate, all-inclusive.
Our pricing covers your nurse's visit, all medical supplies, medications, and aftercare support. What you see is what you pay.
Deposit & Payment
A $150 deposit is required to confirm every appointment, regardless of group size.
Your deposit is applied directly to your final invoice.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged the morning of your appointment, ensuring a fully cashless experience on the day of your visit.
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
Cancellation Timing —> Refund on Deposit
10+ days before appointment —> Full refund (100%)
3–10 days before appointment —> Partial refund (25%)
Less than 72 hours before appointment —> No refund (0%)

Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? We're happy to reschedule at no charge when requested 10 or more days in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of your appointment are subject to the cancellation terms above.
No-Shows
Fail to answer your call or door - Appointments missed without prior cancellation notice will be charged the full remaining balance with no refund on deposit or payment.
Group Bookings
The $150 deposit applies to the appointment as a whole — not per person. Final invoice pricing is based on the number of IV bags administered during your appointment.
