What happens next
Submit your request — Use the inquiry form or select a time from our availability calendar.
We reach out to confirm — A team member contacts you by call or text — usually within a few hours — to confirm your date, time, location, and group size.
Deposit & medical intake — Your $150 deposit link is sent to secure your appointment. Your medical history and consent form must be completed before your appointment day — both are required to hold your booking.
Appointment confirmed — Once your deposit is received and the intake form is complete, your appointment is officially confirmed. We'll send you a reminder as your date approaches.
Day of — your nurse is on the way — Your remaining balance is charged automatically that morning. Your nurse will text you when she's heading your way, arriving with everything needed for treatment.
Relax & recover — Your IV infusion takes 30–45 minutes. Aftercare instructions and direct contact info are provided when your nurse wraps up — we're available if anything comes up after.
